Welcome to 1Pick! By creating an account or accessing the 1Pick application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Who We Are
1Pick is operated by 1PICK LTD ("we", "us", or "our"), registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16291698, registered in Staffordshire, UK)
2. Nature of the App & Paid Features
1Pick is a community-based football pick'em and consensus platform. 1Pick is not a bookmaker, gambling operator, or betting exchange. We do not accept monetary stakes, process wagers, or pay out financial winnings.
We reserve the right to offer basic features, premium subscription tiers, ad-free experiences, or in-app purchases. Any fees, billing terms, and payment conditions for paid features will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase.
3. Eligibility & Account Responsibility
You must be 18 years or older to register an account and use 1Pick.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You accept responsibility for all activity occurring under your account.
4. Code of Conduct & Chat
We encourage friendly community interaction. You agree not to post content or engage in chat that is abusive, offensive, fraudulent, impersonates others, or constitutes spam. We reserve the right to moderate chat, remove content, or suspend/terminate accounts for violations without notice.
5. Game Rules & Aggregated Data
Picks, scoring, league rankings, and deadlines follow the rules displayed within the App. Admins reserve the right to correct clear data or scoring errors.
By submitting picks, you grant us permission to aggregate your selections anonymously to generate "wisdom of the crowd" community statistics and consensus predictions.
6. Intellectual Property
All software code, designs, graphics, branding, and database rights in the App belong exclusively to 1PICK LTD. The "1Pick" trademark is used under license from its registered proprietor. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of the App or its underlying data.
7. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, alter, or pause the service for maintenance or updates at any time without liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015), 1PICK LTD is not liable for any losses, errors, or service interruptions arising from your use of the App.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect your personal data.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update or amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the App, our business, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these terms and, where appropriate, notify you through the App or by email. Your continued use of 1Pick after any updates means you accept the revised terms.
