Data we process • Account details: name, display name, email, date of birth, password hash. • App activity: picks, results, chat messages, club membership, notification preferences. • Technical data: session cookies needed to keep you signed in. Why we process it • To provide the service you signed up for. • To keep the community safe (including display-name and chat moderation). • To send service emails such as welcome and password reset messages. Lawful basis We process this data because it is necessary to perform our contract with you, and (for optional emails/notifications) based on your preferences. Retention We keep account and pick history while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove or anonymise personal data except where we must keep records. Your rights (UK GDPR) You can request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data, and you can object to certain processing.
